Our team of professional and certified meeting planners will work within available classroom inventory to reserve meeting space for your conference needs. They'll ensure that the space provides a comfortable and effective environment for learning, communicating, and collaborating.

Classroom Overview
  • More than 100 classrooms and labs across campus are equipped with the advanced technology to provide a superior learning experience
  • More than 20 lecture halls with fixed seating between 75-500
  • Breakout rooms and general sessions rooms can be paired within buildings to fluid transitions between sessions
